Excellent griddle! Level cooking surface!! The only improvement I could recommend would be to widen the waste discharge slot to make it easier to clear the grill when cleaning!! We have done burgers as well as shrimp and veggies!! Very useful to our style of dining!!

They don’t make them better than this!
Heavy, well-crafted, great seasoning/conditioning directions, works perfectly on my,now 10+ year old, 3-burner weber on top of the grates. Sides are just the right height to contain liquids while still allowing some to vent through the provided slot.

Great addition to our grill
The flat top griddle insert is the perfect addition to our Weber grill. Make sure you season it before use and you will have no issues. You can still use the grill while at the same time, you can use the flat top. It’s perfect for cooking up veggies, eggs, bacon, grilled sandwiches & delicious smash burgers. Be aware that the flat top griddle gets hotter than the regular grill so burgers will cook faster. Also, you should cook with the grill lid open for best results.

Great choice if you have a Weber grill and want to add a griddle rather than buying a Blackstone or equivalent. Fits great, but pay attention to instructions. You must season the griddle before use, which takes a few hours.
