The Weber 7139 Grill Cover is a premium grill cover that is designed to protect your grill from the elements. It is breathable and water resistant, and has UV inhibitors in the fabric to resist fading. It fits the Spirit II 300 series, Spirit/Spirit SX 300 series and Spirit 200 series (with side mounted controls). It also has fastening straps to keep it from blowing away

Fits like a glove on Spirit II E-310
I've only had the cover and grill for a few weeks, but the cover appears to be high quality. The velcro straps hug the grill well when pulled tight. We've had some 20-30 mph winds so far and it didn't budge or struggle. We've had some rain and it just beads up on the cover well. The true test will be Arizona summers, but we're not there yet. Fingers crossed, though!

Get good quality grill for more money and be ahead
Here is another case that shows, "You get what you pay for." This well-made heavy grill cover fit my Spirit 3 grill perfectly. I tried a cheap on from a well-known hardware store and it turn to a mottled tan, gray and yellow cover in one year.
