Great Dryer
The dryer lives in an apartment where venting is not possible. It is a step up from the vented dryer with a bucket. Great machine with a lot of room inside considering that it is 24 inches. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Improvement over older ventless dryer

I do not recommend this dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer August 28th and had nothing but trouble from the start. On top of that, the directions are complicated. A repairman already had to come two times; the first time because the dryer was so noisy that my neighbor thought I was drying sneakers. The second time, the repairman had to reboot the entire dryer by unpluging it. Additionally, The bottom filter access door pops open every time the dryer door is opened or closed.

It is also not easy to figure out the proper settings.It is also VERY noisy.I only bought a new dryer because condominium rules said I needed to, or vent my old dryer, at a much greater cost.My old dryer was 25 years old and worked like a charm. Quick and quiet.So< what would you like to do about it?
