If I had one compliant it’s that it takes over 2 hours to run a complete cycle. Even the quick cycle takes over an hour.

My Father would be proud!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to help my father ,who had a small business out of his garage , deliver whirlpool appliances in the sixty’s to the late seventies so I trust Whirlpool. I am disappointed that we have moved into the world of plastic instead of metal but time changes. My old dishwasher I had for 14 years so i decided to replace it alone with all my appliances. All my other appliances I have had for 20 years and the only one broke was my washer but I thought it was best to order everything new since I am 71.
The dishwasher was delivered first and I love it. The extra 3rd shelf comes in handy. My husband would of rather had silverware in door but they are so much cleaner inside dishwasher. I love the look, fingerprints resistant, very quite and large capacity. I did invest in the top of the line so they might outlast me. Reviews were mixed but I don’t believe you can always depend on that.

Love that it has so many cycle choices

Amazingly quiet dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this dishwasher on Oct 29, 2020, sight unseen due to the quarantine. It had no reviews at that time but I was replacing a 14 year old Whirlpool Quiet Partner II so decided to go with Whirlpool. I was looking for the quietest unit that I could afford so was sold by the name and the 41 db stat. Turns out that after almost two months of use my wife and I are still amazed at how well this dishwasher performs. Whisper quiet. We can run the dishwasher in the morning and still have coffee and breakfast in the kitchen area while watching tv or listening to music. Never could do that before. We love this dishwasher!
PS. I've never written a review before this one. Maybe obvious...

Very quiet! And holds a lot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing a dishwasher we reviewed every model out there and went so far as starting a Facebook discussion among friends on opinions of theirs. We found a showroom that had some models of various brands I stock and took a chance on the whirlpool. Glad we did! It had a comparable price to other brands but love the way it cleans and so far very quiet!!! And hold a days full of dishes for our family of 5. The third row I absolutely love it for its versatility. I’m not sure how it effects the utilities yet.

We have not been rinsing them and they come out very clean and shiny. This is our 5th whirlpool, in the last 30 years, they all had the door silverware trays, which I loved. It was more convenient to empty. Why change a good idea? It's hard to get used to the handle, with arthritic hands, but overall, I am very pleased with this Model 80 3rd rack unit.

Top quality, wrong dishwasher

Apparently not all of the pictures online patch the dishwasher you get. Honest mistake, and Whirlpool would have sent us a new one, but it would have been the 3 week lead time, and I would have had to install a second dishwasher!

Okay - Still trying it out!

I believe it's pointless to have a dishwasher if you have to dry your dishes, or pull out the racks for your dishes to air dry. We decided to go with this dishwasher, and after my first use, I was some what disappointed. I did the normal cycle with heated dry and when it was done, it was still pretty wet in there, water had pooled on some of the cups, the silverware was still damp and I noticed a little food still on one of the plates. I'll give it another try and do a different cycle with extended dry time and see if that produces better results. Love the fingerprint resistant and third rack feature though!
