Will I need to order any additional parts for the installation of this machine
No additional parts were needed when I installed ours, but it will require: a 120V 20 amp receptacle for power(not just a standard grounded outlet), a raised drain pipe to hook the washer drainage hose on and exhaust vent or hole to attach the dryer exhaust vent tube to.

It would be very wise to have an electrician set up your unit. As a electrician myself with Local 3 if you don’t know what to do don’t do it!

Can this unit be used without venting and does the dryer need a venting kit. Is this washer portion connected to apartment unit sink faucets for the washer.
It needs a venting kit. The washer needs to be connected to a waterline and needs a drain. Not sure what you mean by being connected to sink faucet as that’s not possible. It needs an actual waterline not a faucet.
