I've had no issues except when it was delivered, the attendants touched the Remote Enable button and they said I had to call customer service to have my WiFi connected, which I don't want. So, I unplugged the dryer for a couple of hours and it reset itself. Other than that, the dryer is doing it's job!!

Love the color (Chrome Shadow), the controls are very easy to navigate, it's quiet, I don't really need the Bluetooth feature but will try it out, and I am overall very pleased as I have always been with any Whirlpool appliance - I have nothing but Whirlpool in my house!

It has all of the original great features and dependability of my old dryer with many new, helpful options to keep my clothes looking their best. I love the wrinkle guard feature with steam and the ability to adjust drying times and temperatures as needed. I love Whirlpool.......their appliances have always worked well for me, and many of the technicians provide service comment that I made a good choice with regard to durability and overall performance.

I am very happy with it. I do not like the "Eco Dry" feature. When I use it, it never seems to get the clothes completely dry, so I wind up using "timed" drying. It is a very attractive dryer in the platinum finish and I do like the drum light. Other than that, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an appliance that is made in America. That is very important to me and I always try and buy products that are made in America whenever possible.
