Finally moved up to a state of the art washer.

Measure your area.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only been using it for a week now but all seems great. I was told it is a standard height when I got it but it’s not. This caused a problem with the cabinet that goes around it. Whirlpools are 3/4 of an inch taller than standard. Fortunately we were able to add bigger wheels to raise the cabinet up the needed space.
The washer and dryer are now a beautiful addition to a perfect laundry room. I bought this set because my mother has them and they seem no like a great solid working set!

Don’t mess with whirlpool success and reliability!

It was a work horse so when the repair got a bit costly we opted to buy a new one and would not switch brands given the excellent track record. We still have the whirlpool dryer at 18 years old and working great. The new one has excellent features and looks great in the room. The clothes are super clean and the drying is fast due to the spin cycle of the new machine. I’m still learning but very happy with everything so far. The online education is extremely helpful. Loving my nice clean clothes!

Great washer, needs a better instruction manual
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am very happy with the washer, and the only negative thing I have to say is that the instruction manual that came with it did not explain the different cycle buttons. It has only been through pushing the buttons to see what comes up on the screen have we figured out what they are. We went online and looked to see if there was a different, more complete manual, but there was not. Having never had or used a front loading machine before, it’s been a learning experience.
