One of the best washers out there

When the machine starts there is no noise, and it’s very quiet. It’s very energetic efficient. The only bad thing was the installation, the guys who came to drop off didn’t install it and I had to pay guys from outside to install the washer and dryer but I am not mad at it. I am happy that I got this best machine

The best part is everything feels very clean when it comes out and doesn’t need an additional wash! The installation process was seamless and little to no noice when running on a daily basis!

A great upgrade!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from influenster and whirlpool in exchange of my honest opinion. I got both the washer and the dryer and they have to be the best combo ever!!. First of all the installation was super easy. I asked them not to install it because we were building a new ADU unit in our backyard and I wanted to use them there so we had to install it ourselves. Our old washer and dryer were not bad but I could notice the upgrade right away when I started using these. Our old washer would literally take forever to finish one cycle while this one got the job done in about thirty minutes. The thing that made me really grateful that I got this dryer was that the clothes don’t smell bad when I forget them inside the dryer overnight and unfortunately that happens quite often so this was great for me 😅. Let’s also not forget that these look really ascetically pleasing I really like how they look. I also don’t think that I had anything shrink or get ruined ever since I started using these and although I don’t really understand the technology behind that but I think it detects the type of fabric and change the cycle accordingly. I was also flabbergasted when I knew that these two are Energy Star certified so they reduce water and energy consumption. Honestly I am really grateful that I got these because it made washing and drying relatively easy, I can set it up with my phone without even moving which was a game changer for me. Definitely recommend these two, I felt so lucky when I got them and I still feel grateful everyday when I am using them. I feel like I already used all the luck that I had for the rest of my life but hopefully not 😂

The antimicrobial gasket is genius and will definitely help keep it fresh. It’s WiFi capable (I am having a little bit of trouble getting mine connected though). There is a dry drum cycle to remove any leftover moisture after use but I was surprised to see that it’s a 4 hour cycle - that feels a little unnecessary. It works as expected and the noise level is average . I love that it has a self clean feature. I’m excited and grateful to have gotten this

Deep washer with many features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Whirlpool WFW6720RR and WED6720RR washer and dryer combo are a modern upgrade to my laundry room. Since our last washer/dryer our family has grown and having 5.0 cuft of space for all of our clothes mean that we can get away with a single load vs. splitting into two. Surprisingly the opening of the washer and dryer feels a touch smaller than units we've had in the past from other brands, but it doesn't impede our ability to load/unload.
The washing machine handles whatever we throw at it: stained kid's clothes or dog hair covered blankets, and everything comes out clean. The sanitize cycle is great for extra messy loads and the dry drum cycle is really nice (I've never had a stinky washer with this). Do keep in mind that this washer has a 33" depth which might be tight in smaller laundry closets, but if you've got the space this is an easy recommendation. I received a complimentary sample from Influenster and Whirlpool in exchange for an honest review.*

They are beautiful to look at and easy to use with the factory settings.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth setup and functionality leaves a lot to be desired.
It's continually dropping the Wi-Fi and having to be reconnected to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi which is a pain in the butt.
Overall we are happy but I wish they could do something with the Wi-Fi app.
It seems like there should be some way to adjust temperatures etc without having to go into your phone ... that part I do not like

Great Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is great. Low noise level compared to my last washer. Has lots of different options for clothes, bedding, etc. my only problem was setting it up required using an app and I wasn’t a fan of that.

NO TECH HELP SUPPORT AVALIBLE ...!!!!!

I was on hold for over 35 mins. and when asked in the hold stage if I wanted a call back push #1 which did not work.. I had an issue with linking it up to my wifi which in my area has no security password... I wish i would have tested your support line before buying..

Can't figure out the digital controls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for a week--the cleaning capability is there, but I'm having a heck of a time with the digital controls to turn it on. I find no help with the manuals. When I place my finger on the power button, sometimes it goes on, sometimes it doesn't. There is a "soft reset" message and a "restarting" message and an hourglass symbol. Nowhere do I find what these are for. The washer itself might be fine, but I'm unhappy with the controls and the lack of information online and in the manuals to address the problem.

Horrible machine
