After making many complaints and follow up another team came and did the job. We are yet to use it. Hope it will work properly now.

Excelente unit and modern controls

It had to fit in a limited space and yet have good washing capacity. We were happy with our old Whirlpool washer/dryer but it was almost 20 yrs old and it decided to “retire itself”.😅😅

Easy to operate...lots of options

You need to read the information/operation materials to appreciate what the system will do. It is fairly easy to operate and has worked well so far. It is full size and fits into my laundry closet. The washer and dryer are bigger than my previous model.

A real space saver!!

My only complaint is just recently I opened the lid during the beginning of the cycle and it put the system into a shut down mode. I had to call a repair man only to find out that I had to reset it by pushing in the start/pause button for 10 seconds. I did not find this in the instructions. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, I love this machine!

What wire is required for this unit?
The washer is a normal 117 volt outlet but the dryer needs a 220 volt plug outlet. You will need the 220 volt wire for the dryer. They are standard and can be picked up at any hardware store. .
