This dryer uses sensor drying technology to help prevent overdrying by stopping the load at just the right time. Easily keep loads on your schedule with the Wrinkle Shield Option which helps keep wrinkles from setting with continued tumbling after the cycle ends or use Timed Dry for extra drying time when you need it.
Key Features:
Moisture Sensing
Two sensors closely monitor inside moisture and air temperatures to deliver the right results for each load. When fabrics are evenly dry and air reaches ideal temperatures, the cycle stops, helping prevent over- and under-drying.
Timed Dry
Take control of your time and the dryness level of your load. Set the control for 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes when a damp load needs a little extra dry time or when using a drying rack.
Tumble Dry Cycle
Tumble drying is a more efficient way to air drying by using specific settings on your Whirlpool dryer. Learn the different tumble dry settings - tumble dry high, tumble dry medium, tumble dry low and no heat - and what types of clothing usually require each specific setting.
End of Cycle Signal
