The venting is strong. I love the clean lines of the design with the keypad behind the door. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this microwave, we got it because we have a gas stove underneath and saw what happened to my friends microwave over her gas stove. If you cook a lot on your stove it gets very hot underneath. Everyone that sees it comments on it and they like it. I do wish it was a tad bit bigger on the inside height and had a melting button, sigh. It's not like we actually cook in it, just popcorn, soups, water for tea, etc. I really like it and have had no problems with it. I hope it lasts at least 14 years like my last Whirlpool microwave.

The turn dish comes off and I have a hard time getting it back on.
I agree with the other customer's assessment.
It's can be troublesome trying to get the wheel and glass plate moving together when you remove them to clean the items. It works eventually by trial and error.

Just had the microwave installed this week. It's beautiful but am having trouble learning to use it, i.e., there's no start button. Also, it is normal for it to steam up if something is boiling on the stove below it? I have to wipe it off afterwards.
