It allows you to move skillets and pots around on the stove top and being able to use a partial flame when cooking. The simplicity of the touch pad controls is a plus without the numerical digits to contend with. We also like the preheat function that automatically goes to a certain temperature. The only thing that we did not like was the flimsy oven grate that came with the oven. We will replace it later.

Cooks fast, eat is easy to control and I can use my cast iron pans. Oven is large and heats up quickly to the correct temperature. Controls are large and easy to use. Love this stove. I'm 72 and figured I would never get another stove. I was about to give away my Kitchen Aid mixer and baking pans to my granddaughter. (She never picked them up...so now I'm keeping them) I will bake about 40 dozen cookies at Christmas for the cancer center employees, and for my family. Th's my way of saying thank you to them. They have been my life line.

We had our local HVAC guys hook us up to our LP gas and they didn’t have any issues thanks to the included converter pack. The grates are great (pun intended). Seriously though, I love that the grates encompass the entirety of the stove top and not just over the individual burners. I also love how there aren’t any open holes in the stove top to allow food or spills to drop down into the nether regions below. Everything is very easy to clean, as well. The oven has a huge viewing window making it almost fun to watch your food cook. Would definitely recommend!!
