Wonderful oven

Perhaps the 'button's are a bit stiff but that may be a safety feature. I really like the drop down door on the microwave rather than a standard side swing door. Not only is it an extra 'towel rack' but it's much easier to access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Newer model of a 18 Year old appliance. Oven takes longer to preheat but otherwise okay. The microwave wave is stronger but do not like that the keypad is for both oven and microwave. I guess built for obsolescence. Also the older version had better options for the microwave and the keypad was finger touch easy again something that can break sooner.

This model doesn’t have a great amount of features, but it suits us just fine. It’s simple and easy to operate. I would appreciate a written users manual that would cover all the features. There is an option to calibrate the oven, with no info on how to do so. There is also a 1 or 2 choice on beverage, but no info on what that means? Please answer these questions if you can.

First repair company replaced the bake element and said it was fixed even though broil function clearly did not. Have contacted a second company and I am currently waiting for a new part.

The system locks at 0.00 when door opened at that exact time. The alarm keeps beeping every minute to pickup the food but the food is not there. The edges are sharp. The food never cooked evenly for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like how the controls work on the oven/microwave, it is very confusing and there were very little instructions on how to operate these. also the microwave power seems to be very weak and does not even cook popcorn correctly half the corn isn't popped. also the light on the microwave is too dim to see the food cooking. the over timer doesn't make sense when you need to add more time at the end. for some reason it changes to oven temp and not the times, make no sense.
