Nice looking with a couple annoying features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the refrigerator but I've only had it 11 days and there are already 2 features that I really dislike. If you open the freezer tray when the ice happens to dispense, all the ice falls to the bottom of the freezer and you can't reach the ice to get it out. The other feature I don't like is shutting the left refrigerator door by itself is hard. I believe the filtered water should be on the easy door close side instead since the side with the water filter is opened so much more often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is cheaply made. It has to be pushed shut from directly in the center or it will still be cracked open on one side. Most bottom freezers kind of slide on their tracks but this one does not. It barely seems like it's even on tracks, very odd. No alarm when left open like most newer refrigerators have. I would not recommend this one.
The fridge portion is very nice and large which is the only reason I gave any stars at all.

Very dissatisfied customer!

It can be heard at the opposite end of our home. Had I known Whirlpool was so annoying I never would have purchased this product. Now I’m stuck with it.

Compressor Runs Constantly
The compressor runs constantly from any where between 45 to 60 minutes and with only a 20 to 30 minutes break. I'm more surprised by when the compressor is not running than when it is running.
The refrigerator...
Is not near a heat source,
Is not in a garage,
Does not have the doors open frequently,
Has not had new food and/or beverages recently added,
Has enough air circulation space around it, and
Has its controls set correctly for the surrounding conditions.

Loud and constantly running compressor
The compressor constantly runs and is load. The compressor runs every 20 to 30 minutes for 45 to 60 minutes. I would gladly pay the additional utility cost if it didn’t run constantly in an attempt to save energy.
