When we arrive at your home, we will discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we can recommend solutions.

Included with Delivery and Installation Service

Set up and configure one smart camera to your existing WiFi network
Run supplied power cable to local power outlet, limited to the length of the factory-supplied cable
Hard-wiring is limited to Ethernet connectivity within the same room or within six feet from the router or modem
Install and connect any associated mobile applications
Demonstrate commonly-used functionality

The following items may be necessary to complete your setup, and require separate purchases and/or an additional fee:

Setup of a new WiFi network or WiFi extender
Additional cameras
Connection of smart home devices to your smart hub

Unfortunately we cannot perform the following:

• Installation of AC electrical outlets

Requirements for WiFi Camera Installation

Your home's WiFi network and password should be fully set up and available at the time of installation. For information on having a WiFi network set up at the same time as your camera, contact us at 877-727-1909.

Preparation for Delivery

Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
On the day of your installation, make sure to tidy up the area so we'll have plenty of room to work. Clear the area of any clutter, debris or dust, and secure any pets.
