So cool and quiet
I had an older, louder AC and needed the ability to control it from my phone during heat waves in LA. Windmill checked all the boxes and the design is minimal and blends nicely with the decor in my bedroom. Love how quiet it is. I would need to turn off my old one just to hear myself think again but with Windmill I can leave it on for a long time and forget it’s on. Overall a great purchase so far.

My Favorite AC EVER
This AC unit is SO pretty and it completely cools the room within minutes. The set up was extremely easy and stream lined. I love the way it looks, and I love that they thought to make simple covers for the accordion parts on the unit. I love that it's controlled by an app too. 10/10 I've recommended this unit to everyone who will listen!

The first easiest ant cooked AC ever!
Let’s face it! The heat is not cool, specially when you are in a tiny room with a lot of work to do! This saved me, literally, I feel more productive and less grumpy, plus it was soooo easy to install that I did it myself, a person who knows nothing about installations, give it a try you wont regret it!

Love the windmill and the customer service
We ordered a windmill because I’m incredible noise sensitive and our ac sits basically at head level when we’re on our couch. We ordered our first windmill and it was quiet, but something was off. It clicked or made a weird motor sound. It drove me crazy. I reached out to customer service for some help and they were immediately there with me. Within a few days we determined it was likely a malfunction and they had a new one on its way to me asap. The next one was so quiet and amazing. We love it and might. It more in the future!

I love this air conditioner mainly because it tells you when the filters need to be changed and it's simple easy. The front cover is magnetic clean them, put them back on there chain. Let it know that you changed it and it's good. Also it blows air up and so it kind of blows up air up and out and I like it freezing. So all my friends have always complained about the air conditioner in my bedroom when they come in there but not with the windmill because it blows up and out and everybody's fine.

The AC is quiet, powerful and efficient. I had an issue with the thermostat and I called customer service. They were extremely helpful and we trouble shot together. My Windmill Air Whisper Quiet AC was performing beautifully but developed a problem. When I reached out to the company I experienced what might be the best customer service I’ve ever had. After troubleshooting the issue with me, and with consistent and engaged communications, the representative decided that the results warranted a new unit. It arrived almost immediately, at no charge to me. And the replacement unit is performing at its peak!
I categorically recommend the product and the company. It’s refreshing to be treated so well, and refreshing that a product lives up to its hype.

Hello, is a support bracket required for this unit?
It doesn’t come with one but I did not need it. I’m on the 2nd floor. I had it professionally installed and no bracket was used. It was perfectly fine.
