Wolf product and service - not exactly premium
Looks great, wished it worked the same. The small oven has less than 50% success rate turning on. Typically, it tries once or twice and then fails. Wolf has sent their repair team out twice. First time we were told that the gas pressure was too low and we needed to bump it up. We had the gas company do that. No change. On the second service call - with an especially rude and cocky technician - we were told that gas pipe had to be replaced with a 3/4 inch instead of the current 1/2 inch. Plumber came and said the pipes are already 3/4 inch and the technician was clueless. Its been almost 2 months since then and no updates from PC Richards or Wolf. Other than the small oven and terrible customer service, the range is fine. The metal does scratch very easily, which is not ideal. Large oven works well, as do the burners and the griddle. Overall, I am not impressed with such an expensive item. I only wish the house came with a standard opening for the range and was not forced to by a 48" pain in the....
