Wolf Freestanding Ranges

Many of the Wolf freestanding ranges we carry come with an assortment of nifty features. Many models come with a dual VertiFlow convection system that offers consistent oven temperatures and even heat. Whether you're cooking on the top rack or the bottom rack, all of your dishes will be cooked at the same temperature. With this feature, you won't have to worry about hot or cold spots in your oven, and your meals won't be burned or undercooked. Depending on the model you select, your Wolf range may include up to 10 oven modes. All of the modes were developed by skilled chefs. Proof, roast, bake, convection, dehydrate, stone, and gourmet are a few of the modes you can choose from. Gourmet mode has almost 50 pre-programmed settings that will automatically adjust your oven to cook certain meals, and proof mode is ideal for making bread. Boost mode, which comes with many models, provides the rapid heat you need when you're boiling water. In fact, this mode will boil water 40% more quickly than a standard cooktop. You may want to activate boost mode if you're boiling water for pasta or making a cup of tea. Some models also come equipped with infrared griddles. Each griddle produces 15,000 BTUs of output, so it's perfect for searing, stir-frying, and other high-heat cooking. Since it's much more powerful than standard burners, it can help save you time when you're cooking. Many models also feature onboard WiFi. When your Wolf oven is connected to the Wolf smartphone app, you'll be able to control it with your phone. With the app, you can preheat the oven, select oven modes, and even adjust the range's temperature settings.
